Legal Direction
Renata Quintana Barbosa is a lawyer specialized in industrial property, digital law, and personal data protection, with a career focused on strategic legal analysis and advisory in complex regulatory environments.
She holds a law degree from Universidad Central de Chile and has postgraduate studies in Law and New Technologies from Universidad de Chile, specializing in intellectual property, industrial property, and telecommunications.
Between 2013 and 2017, she worked as Court Rapporteur at the Industrial Property High Court of Chile, pparticipating in the legal analysis of disputes related to trademarks, patents, and other industrial property rights, which allowed her to develop strong expertise in trademark conflict resolution and case law analysis.
She holds a Master degree in the General Data Protection Regulation from the National University of Distance Education of Spain (2025) and a Diplomado in New Personal Data Protection in Chile: practice and corporate compliance from Universidad Central (2024).
She also holds international certifications in data protection:
- ECPP DPO Junior (APEP·IA – Spanish Professional Association of Privacy and Artificial Intelligence)
- CDPP – Certified Data Privacy Professional (ISMS Forum)
Her professional practice integrates industrial property and data protection, advising clients on:
